Despite having it drilled into his head from a young age exactly what was supposed to happen with his life, Alastair remains optimistic that his life can become what he wants it to be. He's very organized, almost to the point of having OCD. This, along with his love for keeping his things private (he despises people going through his things), spawn from having to hide his sexuality from a very young age, from both his family and his friends. He has a hard time making friends, but when he does find someone to care about, he is very loyal and protective of them.
When it comes to strangers, or people he doesn't otherwise care about, Alastair is very selfish, putting himself, his family, and his friends before the needs of others. Due to various "friends" from his past, he has a very hard time trusting and truly opening up to new people to make friends. Despite that, he is rather lonely and wants to find at least one friend to confide in. Due to his social standing, Alastair has been seen many times as standoffish, though he doesn't really intend to be that way. He is also very calculating, keeping a majority of his emotions to himself and putting on a facade, and considering every angle of his choices before choosing. Thanks to that, he's been known for losing opportunities due to over-analyzing them.

Biography:
Born an only child to a very affluent family in Kesington, London, Alastair was raised since day one to know exactly how much better he was than everyone else, a fact he now hates. Since he was always in the public eye and little of his life was left private, he considered discovering his sexuality the only piece of himself that he could call his own, and kept it secret from his family. Numerous family outings and social gatherings exposed him to ballet, which he immediately took an interest in. While his father found the idea strange, his mother encouraged it, and enrolled him in private classes from the age of 7. During his final year at Eton College in Windsor, he and another boy began secretly dating, managing to keep the relationship secret for almost a year before it was discovered. The boyfriend was bullied to the point where Alastair snapped, beating the bully past the point of unconsciousness. After a few quiet words from his parents to the local authorities and a night spent in jail, the boyfriend denied everything, claiming Alastair had forced his hand.

Ridiculed and shamed, his parents began to keep him away from the public eye, saying that his choices were ruining the family name. Alastair convinced his parents to let him attend Yuga, claiming that the relative solitude of Sapporo and the intense regimen would help him focus once more, when in reality it would give him a chance to get away from his family. They accepted the idea, hoping that by sending him away, the family name would improve as well.
